Foreign Exchange Consultant

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential) Minimum of 2 years of Forex Consultant experience Prior experience as a Forex Teller Strong knowledge of: FICA regulations Exchange control Foreign exchange operating systems Foreign currencies Excellent computer skills Effective telephone and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Exceptional organisational and administrative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with their foreign exchange needs Ensure full compliance with FICA and exchange control regulations Process transactions accurately using the foreign exchange operating system Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Maintain detailed records and ensure administrative duties are completed on time
