Senior / Patient Service Associate (Imaging Centre)

About The Role: We are seeking a Senior / Patient Service Associate to join our team at our Imaging Centre. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients throughout their visit. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our clients. Description: Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional experience Perform front-desk duties such as registration of patients, scheduling of appointments, billing, collection of payments and other administrative duties. Handling patient queries, feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow and timely service Assisting nurses & radiographers as required. Delivering high quality of patient care experience. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent. Good interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer-service mindset. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage. 5.5 days workweek (1 Saturday-off per month). Able to work overtime.
