Senior Site Merchandiser – Dropship

The Senior Site Merchandiser – Dropship is responsible for executing merchandising and content readiness across all partner retailers. You’ll act as the operational lead in formatting, delivering, and updating line sheets, assets, and product data per partner specifications. This role ensures our products go live on time and reflect the brand across all retail dropship environments. Responsibilities Content Distribution & Readiness Format and deliver line sheets and product templates (copy, pricing, images) to each retail partner Maintain a database of retailer content requirements (file formats, naming, image specs, translations) Ensure every product has a launch-ready pack before delivery deadlines Retailer Coordination Liaise with the Sales and Account teams to align timelines, assortments, and updates Track go-live dates and confirm merchandising completion in each retailer portal Provide support and troubleshooting for content discrepancies. Process & QA Lead QA of all copy, pricing, and images before submission Flag inconsistencies or late items to the Site Merchandising & Content Manager Document and improve the content submission process per retailer. Requirements 3–5 years in eCommerce merchandising or wholesale operations Familiarity with dropship models and retailer product templates Advanced Excel skills and high attention to formatting/detail Strong organizational and follow-up skills Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus Attach your CV in English.
