REGIONAL OPERATIONS INVENTORY SPECIALIST IMPACT & OPPORTUNITY The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory control across the region. This position is responsible for analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, optimizing stock levels, and supporting efficient supply chain operations. By implementing best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst helps reduce costs and improve service levels. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain analysis. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management software. Strong background in data analysis and inventory forecasting. Certifications (Preferred but Not Required): APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) Lean Six Sigma Certification METHODOLOGIES Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Just-In-Time (JIT) ABC Analysis Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) TOOLS AND SYSTEMS ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Inventory Management Software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl) Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools Database management tools (e.g., SQL) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and analyze regional inventory levels to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align inventory levels with operational needs. Generate and present inventory performance reports and KPIs to management. Assist in the development of accurate forecasting models to support planning and replenishment. Conduct regular physical and system-based inventory audits. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory-related workflows and systems.
