Senior Site Merchandiser – Shopify

The Senior Site Merchandiser for Brand Sites will lead the content and merchandising strategy across the company’s owned eCommerce platforms. This role ensures the timely execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and weekly updates across international Shopify storefronts (US, Mexico, Canada, UK, Brazil, Chile, Australia and more). You’ll drive best-in-class product presentation, category navigation, and content accuracy across all devices and languages. Responsibilities Merchandising Execution Own homepage, collection pages, and product sorting updates for weekly refreshes and seasonal campaigns. Ensure all PDPs include correct copy, images, pricing, and SEO fields across languages. Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to localize and deploy campaign assets on time. Set up navigation, featured products, and promotional banners per site and market. Planning & Coordination Work closely with Demand Planning and Product teams to align merchandising with inventory availability. Coordinate with UX and Dev for layout improvements and special site builds (e.g., gift guides, new categories). Maintain a regional merchandising calendar and ensure CMS updates match deadlines. Quality Assurance & Optimization QA site updates across mobile and desktop before go-live. Monitor product visibility, tagging, and filters to ensure discoverability. Partner with the Digital Experience Analyst to improve conversion and engagement. Requirements 4–6 years in eCommerce merchandising, preferably in fashion or CPG Strong CMS or Shopify experience required High attention to detail and process ownership Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus Experience working with multi-region sites and localized content.
