Job Role: - Customer Care Representative Location – Monterrey Education – Bachelor’s degree Interview mode – Virtual MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES - O365 - Live time support tool / Face to face customer experience MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Customer Service - Technical Support SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS -Proven experience in a Customer Service environment. -Advanced Written/spoken English skills -Excellent command of English in order to work in a multi-cultural environment. -Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. -Flexibility to work different shifts on Month end and Weekends -Availability to Work 100% in office.
