In our Motion Business Area, in the System Drives division, we are looking for a Sales Specialist. You will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. This position reports to [Position details to be specified] Your responsibilities Volume and profit: Sell LV and MV frequency converters, bundles, and systems to customers, achieving profitability targets for assigned product groups. Customer relations: Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs, promote understanding of our full product and system offerings, and provide solutions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Sales plans: Prepare sales plans using company tools, perform regular reviews, and propose recovery plans if there are potential order shortfalls. Sales execution: Create value for customers and ABB, ensuring successful transactions, contracts, and proposals through effective sales techniques. Communicate details aligned with ABB's offerings and strategies, including delivery times, payments, and general terms. Contribute to negotiations and frame agreements. Create offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales strategies. Offer preparation: Coordinate with the bid and proposal department and/or Marketing Manager to prepare offers, ensuring technical and financial aspects, including pricing and trading conditions, are appropriate. Market knowledge: Monitor competitors’ activities, formulate and implement response strategies, and provide input on market price developments. Your background Degree in Engineering or Economics At least 3 years of experience in a similar field Knowledge of LV-MV converters Fluency in English, both written and spoken Proactive, team-oriented, problem-solving, and result-driven mindset More about us [Additional company information] J-18808-Ljbffr
