Great Career Opportunity Competitive remuneration Reputable Healthcare Organization As a Head of Pharmacist (Inpatient & Retail) , you will be responsible for the following duties: Responsible for overseeing and managing all pharmacy operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, team leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and regulations. Overseeing pharmaceutical care services to ensure optimal patient outcomes, managing inventory, and ensuring that medications are dispensed according to protocols and legal standards. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations on drug dispensing, including controlled substances. Clarify prescription ambiguities with prescribers and prevent dispensing errors. Perform audits, educate healthcare professionals, and adhere to Ministry of Health guidelines. Prepare reports on inventory incidents. Staff Training and Development to enhance skills and meet education goals. Assist in scheduling and workflow management. Requirements: Degree in Pharmacy accredited by the Singapore Pharmacy Council. At least a 8 years of experiences in Pharmacy related work.
