URGENT: Senior/ Retail Leasing Executive (Established Shopping Mall/ Town)

Responsibilities Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support long-term leasing partnerships and ensure tenant satisfaction. Handle lease documentation and administration matters, including new leases, renewals, expiries, and related follow-ups. Monitor and assess tenant sales performance and provide input on strategies to improve tenant mix and occupancy quality. Recommend and evaluate potential brands or retailers to enhance the mall’s tenant profile and positioning. Negotiate commercial terms with potential tenants in a professional manner that aligns with the mall’s leasing strategy. Take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated by management. Requirements: Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in a retail leasing role. Sound knowledge of leasing processes, retail property operations, and tenancy laws. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with excellent communication skills.
