Oracle POS Manager

Oracle POS Manager Must Have's : Oracle POS, API Gateway, AWS or any other Cloud with POS Solutions, DynamoDB Job Summary : - 6 years of experience in a technical production support lead role with expertise in Retail POS systems. - Expertise in API development & integration - Troubleshooting in a production environment. - Experience with incident management, monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk), and root cause analysis (RCA). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced retail environment. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and vendor interaction - Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies(Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.). - Experience with PredictSpring or any other Cloud POS solutions. - Knowledge of Rust programming language. - Hands-on experience with Retail ERP integrations (ref:hirist.tech)
