Assistant Beauty Store Manager (Islandwide)

Working hours 5.5 - 6 days work week/ 44 hours per week Package $2,500 - $3,500 comm VB Location Novena Velocity, Bugis Plus, Tampines 1, PLQ, IMM, Yuehwa and Waterway Point Job Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by helping drive store performance, monitoring individual BA performance, and executing daily sales strategies. Assist in sales reporting and analysis, preparing regular sales reports and providing actionable insights to improve team performance and meet KPIs. Guide and motivate team members by reinforcing service standards, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work culture, and supporting team recognition efforts. Ensure consistent customer service quality by coaching BAs, addressing service issues promptly, and contributing to service recovery efforts. Support daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory tracking, and ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to maintain brand standards in-store and assist in managing customer order processing and returns. Contribute to operational improvements and new initiatives by identifying productivity opportunities and supporting the rollout of new services or products.
