eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the online marketplace sites, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimise site functionality, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth Key Responsibilities Logistics of the on-line stores and marketplace Receive order and documents correctly Confirm inbound orders Processing orders Ensure prices are correct on on-line stores frontend Monitoring the picking and packing of orders Follow up with the delivery of the order & update tracker Book and follow up on removal orders Monitor and capture consignment stock sold on on-line stores Follow up on damages Process waybills for all warehouses on on-line stores Courier Service portal Booking delivery slots with CPT, DBN and JHB offices Monitoring arranged delivery slots to CPT, DBN & JHB depots Sales maximisation through banners, daily deals, SPA and promotions Customer Service Liaison Ensuring invoices are supplied within the stipulated time frame Deal with any queries and complaints via email and telephone Dealing with replacements liaising with on-line store offices Website Maintenance Accurate uploads, website checks, price updates Upload new products / edit existing products Communication with various departments Ensure communication of technical and / or customer issues to the relevant stakeholders Knowledge Required User knowledge of CRM systems or database products. English proficiency candidate should have a high standard of verbal and written communication (good spelling and grammar is essential) Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Strong product knowledge Ability to manage time efficiently
