Logistics Manager State of Mexico | On-site | Full-time A world-class automotive company is seeking a Logistics Manager to drive logistics performance across materials, warehouses, and traffic planning under a strict JIT (Just-In-Time) approach. ✅ Key Requirements: • Proven experience in JIT plant operations. • 6 years in similar roles within the automotive industry. • Solid understanding of consigned and directed materials. • Full warehouse management experience (receiving, finished goods, and WIP). • Expertise in shipping, traffic planning, and inventory control. • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain. Ideal Candidate: • Strong internal and external customer focus. • Ability to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and team leadership.
