* Job Title: * Phlebotomist I * Location: * New London, CT 06320 * Duration: * 3 months (possible extension) * Shift: * 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM Mon – Fri. Weekdays Every Other Weekend * Required: Phlebotomist Certificate * * Pay range: $17 - $21/hr. on W2 * * Job Summary: * We are seeking a dependable and professional Phlebotomist I to join our detox clinic team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role focuses * exclusively on urine specimen collection — phlebotomy experience is not a priority * . The ideal candidate is mature, organized, and capable of maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a clinical setting. Candidates must be available to work weekdays and every other weekend. * Roles and responsibilities: * · Perform urine toxicology collections accurately and in accordance with established procedures. · Have direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. · Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection.
