Senior Account Executive Watford (Hybrid) Up to 90k (depending on experience) Are you a highly experienced commercial lines Account Executive seeking a unique opportunity to manage a book of business that won't be under attack? A well-established and respected brokerage is seeking a talented individual to join their close-knit team in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a significant portfolio of clients and build strong, long-term relationships. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. Work closely with internal teams and directors to ensure seamless client service. Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing book, focusing on year-on-year growth. Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance regulations. Requirements: Proven track record of success in commercial lines account management. Strong technical knowledge across various commercial lines, including real estate, construction, restaurants, and retail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Experience managing clients with premiums from £50k to £1m.
