Job Description
Training Administrator Part time £14.14 ph Inverness Start Date: Immediate We are looking for a reliable and well-organized training administrator to join the team in Inverness on a flexible part time basis to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Training business. This is a part time permanent role, working approx. 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays per annual. Job details (Jobs may vary) - Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls . Organising training calendar & client bookings. Process online bookings. Liaise and co-ordinate date and courses with training instructors. Organising course materials in advance. Inputting of course data for certificate generation. Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies. Debt management & Invoicing. Role Requirements:- Attention to detail is essential. IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs. Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage time efficiently. Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision-making. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Administration experience.
