RETENTION LEAD UP TO £80,000 HYBRID – SOUTH EAST LONDON – 3 days a week in the office THE COMPANY This prize competition business operates with a subscription-based model, and they are currently going through a rapid expansion! THE ROLE As a Retention Lead, you can expect to be involved in the following: Own and develop the business’ customer retention strategy Address churn issues and maximise customer lifetime value Ensure communications with the subscriber base are effective Identify key behavioural triggers Working closely with CRM, product, customer service, and the CFO YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in a dedicated retention role, ideally within digital subscriptions or gaming Strong understanding of LTV and churn Understanding of data and its importance in informing retention strategies Familiarity with CRM BENEFITS Salary up to £80,000 Hybrid working Great opportunity for ownership and to build a team further down the line Directly report into the C-suite How to apply Express your interest by sending your CV to Theo via the apply link on this page
