Client Manager – Brand Insight & Strategy London | Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Up to £50,000 depending on experience We’re working with one of the most high-performing brand insight teams in the industry – covering over 100 brands across every major sector, with a reputation for delivering truly business-changing insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to delve into brand strategy and is excited by the opportunity to work closely with some of the most recognisable names in the world. The Role: This is a true blend of client consulting and insight leadership . You’ll be the connector between data and commercial decision-making, working hand-in-hand with clients to answer big strategic questions like: “How do we grow brand equity in this category?” “What are the two biggest levers we can pull to boost our commercial impact?” “What creative or brand changes will really move the needle?” You’ll also play a hands-on role in coaching and collaborating with internal insight teams – typically overseeing 1-2 direct reports and working with processing/charting specialists to deliver best-in-class work. Responsibilities: Leading relationships with key clients across sectors like tech, retail, media, and finance Designing and delivering brand tracking and equity studies Interpreting complex data from multiple sources – survey, social, media spend – to create clear, actionable narratives Writing questionnaires and building strategic recommendations Presenting insights with confidence to both clients' internal insights teams and broader marketing functions Coaching junior team members and helping develop a collaborative, insight-first culture What You’ll Bring: Strong background in quantitative market research (agency or client-side) Passion for brand building and understanding what drives brand strength Hands-on experience with brand tracking, segmentation, or comms testing Confident storytelling skills – you know how to build a narrative, not just a report Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SPSS or similar a plus Comfortable juggling 3–4 accounts and thriving in a fast-moving, team-first environment Curiosity and perspective – someone who asks the right questions, not just the obvious ones If you love all things brand, enjoy working across iconic clients, and want to make real strategic impact, this could be a great fit.
