Finance Analyst

A well-established financial institution is seeking two Finance Analysts to provide short-term support for transaction processing and customer service functions at their Huntingdon office. This temporary engagement is to assist with a backlog following the introduction of a new system. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Transaction Processing: Manage and process invoices, statements, and payments efficiently and accurately Customer Liaison: Respond to customer queries and manage incoming communications via shared mailboxes Cash Collection & Arrears Management: Support the collection of outstanding payments and handle arrears in line with internal procedures Utilise the newly implemented Jaama system to carry out day-to-day processing tasks Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service standards are maintained Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts support, finance administration, or customer service role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing shared inboxes and high volumes of correspondence Confidence in handling sensitive financial information and cash collection activities Familiarity with new systems and a flexible approach to learning (experience with Jaama is a plus but not required) Ability to work on-site in Huntingdon, England 5 days a week Why Apply?
