Job Description

IT Service Desk – French & English Speaking | Immediate Start We are currently hiring an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to support a major international technology environment. This is a confidential opportunity to join a large, multicultural team delivering high-quality support across Europe. You will provide Level 1 (L1) IT support , handling incidents, requests, and user management in a fast-paced enterprise setting. The role requires fluency in both French and English , strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with ITSM tools and desktop support. What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities Handle first-line support for user issues via phone, email, and (eventually) chat/self-service Log and triage incidents/requests using ServiceNow , escalating where appropriate Provide basic troubleshooting for: MS Office / O365 issues Email & Exchange access/configuration Network connectivity and VPN access Software installations and updates Support onboarding/offboarding processes (account setup, access provisioning) Perform user access management (password resets, Active Directory group assignments) Categorise and prioritise tickets (e.g. identifying P1/P2 incidents) Maintain communication with users throughout the ticket lifecycle Assist with documenting SOPs and improving service delivery Track and meet KPIs and SLAs , while identifying trends and suggesting optimisations Technical Environment: ServiceNow (ITSM) for incident and request management LogMeIn or similar for remote desktop support Microsoft Office 365 , MS Exchange , Active Directory (basic) Windows OS environments and standard enterprise applications Multi-channel support: Phone, Email, (Chat post-approval) Experience & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 3 years of L1 support experience in an IT service desk environment Proven ability to manage and resolve common user issues efficiently Fluent French and English – both mandatory Excellent customer service and documentation skills Familiarity with global or multi-site support operations is a plus What’s Offered: Be part of a global organisation with 260,000 professionals across 6 continents Access to advanced training platforms for professional growth Career development opportunities within a leading technology company Supportive, multicultural environment with flexibility (depending on location) Strong focus on work-life balance
