Job Description
Key Responsibilities: -Â Financial Management: Â Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial transactions. -Â Account Reconciliation: Â Set up and manage debtor and supplier accounts; perform reconciliations; resolve queries; and ensure timely payments. -Â Inventory Control: Â Manage stock items, barcodes, and inventory adjustments in the Pastel system. - Â Costing and Commissions: Â Calculate cost of goods and process commission payments based on sales targets. -Â Reporting and Payroll: Â Compile sales reports; align staff schedules with payroll; and maintain accurate records. Requirements: - Matric certificate - Financial qualification - Minimum 5 years' experience in financial roles, including cost accounting and credit control - Proficiency in Excel and Pastel (versions V13 to V19)
