Stock Controller & Receiving

Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials. Maintain and update accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with storage and safety regulations. Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams. Generate inventory and stock movement reports. Assist with the development and implementation of improved stock control procedures. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 35 years of hands-on experience in stock control and receiving. Previous experience in the electrical or solar industry is advantageous. Strong understanding of inventory systems and stock control processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
