Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will report to the Special Steels division and will act in the entire sales funnel, reception and lead qualification, survey of customer needs, visits (occasional), preparation of commercial proposals, follow-ups and closing deals. Ensure the execution of the strategy of commercial cycles with excellence, to take advantage of the potential of the areas and generate an interface between the internal and external sales channel. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the WIN customers management. - Manage daily lead prospecting and qualification in the CRM. - Conduct commercial approaches to identify new opportunities. - Primarily conduct negotiations over the phone, with additional communication via WhatsApp or email, ensuring clarity and assertiveness. - Capture business opportunities and close sales. - Responsible for generating reports and follow up on the main Sales KPIs. - Feed the sales team with market information. - Compliance with established SLAs. - Monitor current customers, performing post-sales to ensure an excellent relationship, generate sales recurrence and portfolio expansion. - Support RSM in portfolio development. - Accelerate the flow of top-tier information between SSAB (RSM/TDM) and Customers. This objective aims to enhance the rate of closed deals and upgrades. Required: - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. - Intermediate knowledge in Excel. - English language proficiency. - Good Communication Skills—Oral and Written (Ability to write proposals and develop strong interpersonal relationships). - Customer Service experience. Desirable: - Previous steel industry experience. - Knowledge in SAP, Sales Force and Power BI.
