Sous Chef with experience in Italian cuisine - 38K to 42K per year - London, Southbank Locale Italian, County Hall, 3B Belvedere Rd, London, SE17GP We are looking for an accomplished Sous Chef with strong experience in Italian cuisine to join an independent Italian restaurant and bar in central London. This is paid hourly on an average rota of 48 hours/week with the ability to be flexible if you are looking for slightly less or more hours. About Locale Italian: Locale Italian is established, serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar. You would join a brigade of four chefs serving classic Italian Pasta, Seasonal Fish and Meat, Artisan Pizzas and Fresh Salads all made with authentic Italian products. The restaurant has a separate cocktail bar area and an outdoor terrace. Opening Times: Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10pm Opportunity: 38 - 42K/year (Paid £16/hour on an average 48 hours/week rota) You would need to be an experienced chef and have strong Italian cuisine experience.
