Senior CRM Exec Up to £40,000 Hybrid - Birmingham (3x day per week) THE COMPANY Our client in the retail sector is looking for a Senior CRM Exec who is skilled with HTML, CSS or JavaScript. THE ROLE In this role, you will support the Loyalty and BAU team by building and automating campaigns (Push, SMS and email) as well as working on segmentation and personalisation. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE HTML Proven CRM experience Strong knowledge of automated customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and campaign building.
