DIGITAL ANALYST LONDON – HYBRID (2 DAYS IN OFFICE, 3 DAYS WFH) UP TO £45,000 BONUS A fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest global health & beauty retailers , driving customer journey insights and digital performance using GA4 and data visualization tools. THE ROLE As a Digital Analyst , you will: Analyze onsite customer journeys , website performance, and transactions. Leverage GA4 for auditing, implementation, and reporting. Create data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker . Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital experiences. Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To excel in this role, you should have: GA4 expertise – implementation, auditing, and analysis. Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization. Proven stakeholder engagement skills. A commercial mindset with an interest in eCommerce and retail. Retail or eCommerce background. Experience with app analytics and digital channels . SQL proficiency . THE BENEFITS Salary up to £45,000 bonus . Hybrid working – 3 days WFH, 2 days in office.
