Temporary Project Workers Wanted Bristol & South Gloucestershire £13/hour (Day Shifts) | £14/hour (Night Shifts) Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and resilient Temporary Project Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults with mental health needs , many of whom are transitioning from secure services. What you'll be doing: Providing person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs Assisting service users to develop life skills and increase independence Promoting a safe, supportive environment in line with care plans Working within a team and liaising with professionals across services What we're looking for: Experience in mental health or social care (preferred) A calm, empathetic approach with strong communication skills Flexibility to work day or night shifts A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults We offer: Competitive hourly rates - £13 for day shifts, £14 for nights A rewarding role within a supportive team Training and induction provided Opportunities to gain experience in a specialist setting Make a real difference, one shift at a time.
