Builder – General Carpentry and Maintenance, Void and Reactive work Join PH Jones as a sub-contractor in our expert Team in Rochdale and surrounding areas. You will be performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including patching up, installing flues, boxing in boilers, plastering, and more. Reinforce walls for radiator hanging What we need from you Desirable to hold a CSCS/CSCS alliance red card (trainee & experienced) OR green card (Labourer) NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Preferred Experience of Central Heating Installations Good communication skills both written and verbally Valid UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points Must have a bulk headed van and any other PH Jones required compliance related documents.
