Job Description: The Commis Che f will be work on a specific section, working closely with our dedicated prep team to ensure that daily par levels are met. Working in a large team requires you to work well under pressure and be able to easily take direction from senior staff. Good culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of food safety. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes. Set up and stock their assigned section with necessary supplies and ingredients. Collaborate closely with prep chefs to monitor inventory and ensure correct daily par levels. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety. Follow instructions from the Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality in every dish. Good communication and teamwork skills.
