Join Our Ambitious New Restaurant We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of an intimate, innovative restaurant with Michelin star ambitions. We are seeking a passionate and talented CDP to work with a kitchen team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the culinary team under the guidance of the Head Chef. Execute the preparation of high-quality dishes in alignment with restaurant's recipes and quality standards. Uphold consistency and excellence in food preparation throughout all culinary activities. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to rigorous quality control and health and safety standards. Participate actively in inventory management and contribute to cost control measures. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a CDP/Line cook in a high-end or fine dining environment Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Qualifications: Food Hygiene Level 2 Minimum of 3 years chef experience What We Offer: The chance to be part of an exciting new venture with Michelin star ambitions A collaborative, dynamic environment where your ideas are valued Premium, high-profile environment with a focus on quality and consistency 5-day work week Wed-Sun 48 hours per week. £30,000 - £35,000 salary, based on experience Performance-based incentives 28 Days Paid holiday per annum Meals and uniform provided whilst on duty If you are driven, creative, and eager to make your mark in a restaurant that celebrates both food and beverage artistry, wed love to hear from you!
