Education Systems Manager

About the Role: As the Education Systems Manager, you will provide oversight and deliver quality service to stakeholders through consistent and effective processes, including seeking opportunities for improvement and contributing to effective change management of the Learning and Innovation Systems ecosystem. You will lead the Education Systems team, which is responsible for the management, development and continual improvement of systems and related processes in the Learning and Innovation Function. In particular, the Education Systems team has operational responsibility for the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS), the Event Management System (EMS), and supporting systems across a learner’s education journey with CPA Australia. Your key areas of responsibility encompass systems, People Management, Data Management & Reporting, and Compliance and Risk Management. As a business unit, the Learning and Innovation (L&I) portfolio creates, develops, sources and provides access to quality learning experiences to our customers to enable their professional/career development. This includes the CPA Program, Learning and Development, and Conferences and Events. This position is a fixed term contract opportunity until March 2027 About You: Ideally, you will come to us with experience in the Education environment with knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems, Event Management Systems and CRM. You will also: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, TDS (IT), to enable you to manage the IT and business operations, along with administrative, research and statistical analysis experience Knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE and FO, MS Team, MS Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple relationships, influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to meet mutual goals and coaching to achieve the capability development of others Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation; initiative; works independently under high level direction; team oriented and quality focused.
