Mixologist

This restaurant has a dynamic atmosphere, diverse global menu, and stylish cocktails. You will be responsible for curating innovative cocktails, delivering excellent guest experiences at the bar, and contributing to the flair and reputation of our venue. Responsibilities: Craft high-quality cocktails and signature drinks with precision and creativity Assist in developing seasonal and themed cocktail menus in collaboration with management Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and delivering outstanding service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area in line with health regulations Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and place bar-related orders when needed Train and mentor junior bar staff on drink preparation and service techniques Stay current with industry trends, new products, and mixology innovations Participate in in-house promotions, events, and themed evenings Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor licensing laws Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of bartending/mixology experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and during peak trading hours Creative flair and a passion for mixology Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management Barista or wine knowledge is a plus Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This is a live-out role.
