What will be your challenges? Follow up on LCL orders from creation through to shipment execution. Coordinate with shippers, consolidators, and origin teams using platforms such as TANGO, Infor Nexus, and PBI. Validate rates, apply costs, and manage bookings in line with SOPs and internal policies. Send documentation and arrival notices to the Customer Service team to ensure timely cargo clearance. Support shipment mode changes, cancellations, and release processes with customs brokers and carriers. Closely monitor final deliveries to meet customer expectations. Ensure all key import/export events are recorded on time in the system to meet KPIs. Take part in special projects and maintain clear communication with suppliers and origin branches.
