WMS Expert

TCS is looking for a WMS Sr. Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced JDA WMS Lead to manage our support and integration engagement. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant work experience and be ready to join at the earliest. This role involves overseeing the support, integration, and go-live of JDA/BlueYonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the support and integration of JDA WMS solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability. Provide technical guidance and support to the business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JDA WMS. Ensure system performance and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures. Train and mentor team members on JDA WMS functionalities. Stay updated with the latest developments in JDA WMS and related technologies. Qualifications: Advanced English ( mandatory) Minimum of 5 years of experience in JDA WMS support, testing or implementation. Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and systems. Proven experience in managing support and integration engagements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with other WMS solutions. Knowledge of supply chain management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
