A well-known healthcare organization is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team. About the Opportunity: Remote Monday-Friday 8-10 hours/day (9am-6pm or 9am-7pm) Setting: Managed care Responsibilities included but not limited to are: Engage primarily in phone-based reviews of pharmacy claims data Support medication adherence initiatives for a diverse patient population Manage and provide care for a dedicated panel of patients Qualifications & Experience: PharmD, 3 years as a pharmacist Managed care, population health, clinical programs, customer service experience
