We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and assist our project management team. Responsibilities: Answer calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical). Prepare and manage documents, contracts, permits, and invoices. Assist with project coordination and reporting. Handle office supplies and inventory. Support payroll, billing, and accounts. Ensure compliance with policies and timelines. Manage lease agreements, collect rent, & communicate with tenants. Requirements: High school diploma (Associate’s preferred). Previous administrative experience (construction industry a plus). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Proficient in Quickbooks Ability to multitask and prioritize.
