Senior CRM Executive

We are delighted to be partnering with a much loved retailer in their search for a Senior CRM Executive to join the team on a 12 month FTC. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an innovative brand who are pushing the boundaries when it comes to CRM and Loyalty. The successful candidate will join a thriving Customer team and deliver campaigns across lifecycle, loyalty and retention, driving engaging comms that delight the customer. This role will suit someone who wants to learn a lot from a brilliant team of experts and put their career on an exciting trajectory. The role: Drive customer behaviour and brand initiatives across various CRM Channels Work with colleagues to deliver loyalty concepts from start to finish, learning as you go Mange the customer lifecycle at all touchpoints Use data to inform CRM decisions that drive business performance Partner with the inhouse data teams to leverage the database for segmentation, automation and personalization Report back on KPIs with your recommendations For much more information on the role and my client, please apply immediately
