About the Role: As an Internal Sales Engineer you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke solutions—developing a deep understanding of client needs and building trusted relationships along the way. Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery Respond to customer queries and provide technical information where needed Monitor project timelines and flag any risks or delays Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM system What We’re Looking For: A recent graduate (ideally in engineering, manufacturing, maths, physics ) Excellent people and communication skills A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role What You’ll Get: Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience Full training and support from a collaborative, friendly team A clear path for career progression within account management or technical sales Exposure to a diverse range of industries and clients A stable and supportive working environment
