Digital Acquisition manager

Our well known retail client is looking for a digital acquisition manager - focused on app growth! You will be a seasoned digital marketing whizz and will be based in the South West ideally as the role is hybrid - officially they look for 2 or 3 days in the office each week but there is flexibility on this for the right team members. However, this is NOT a fully remote role and you WILL need to be able to get to the office at least 4 times per month and therefore cannot negotiate on this! Own new App customer promotions by creating targeted promotions to encourage high-value customers to use the App, including promotion strategy, budgeting and success measurement. Lead, liaise and collaborate with store teams and digital browse experiences to promote the App. Manage the assets in Google Play and the App store to increase visibility, carrying out tests to understand what drives app installs. Collaborate with the CRM and App Promotions stakeholders to influence and integrate new customers acquisition plans into wider communications and promotion (e.g. Boost, Black Friday)] You will have: Experience running paid app marketing campaigns through Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok Able to communicate and work effectively in a matrix, cross functional environment Strong analytical ability with prior experience with Google Analytics and Content Square. Strong commercial acumen: Experience managing budgets with an understanding of valuation principles and ROI measurement In return you get to work within a really entrepreneurial team and will have the opportunity for professional growth and development.
