Job Description

Administrator - OL12 Based in Rochdale Full time hours, working Monday to Thursday 8 to 5 and Friday 8 to 4. Pay – £12.50 - £14.50 - DOE Temporary on going. Please note this working in on MOD Contract, so there will a vetting process to follow. Main Purpose of the role: To provide a wide range of administrative support services to an operation contract or functional team. Duties of the Job: Maintain and update records within various management information systems General team administration duties as and when required. Share information to ensure customers needs are met Maintain office systems in an orderly and efficient manner Undertake other basic business support duties as part of the team. Handle confidential information with discretion Riase purchase orders and arrange payments and invoice Administer petty cash Provide cover for reception when required.
