Were now building the front-of-house team and looking for confident, welcoming Hosts to join us from the start. Nela means pure. We focus on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and clean, elegant plates. Service is warm, attentive, and unpretentious with a focus on guest connection and calm, confident hosting. Your Role As a Host, youre the first and last impression for every guest. Youll set the tone at the door, manage bookings, and ensure each guest feels seen and valued.
