Head Chef Opportunity at The Crown, Pilton Join a Thriving Team in the Heart of Somerset The Crown at Pilton Ltd is a proudly independent, ever-expanding family-run pub, nestled in the artistic village of Pilton home of the Glastonbury Festival. Since opening in November 2022, weve become a bustling hub with a frequently booked-out restaurant, regular events, and a cosy, welcoming bar. We are now looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead our growing team. Youll be working alongside a committed brigade including Sous, Junior Sous, CDPs and KPs. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins in a professionally run yet quirky and vibrant kitchen , where local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients are at the heart of every dish. What were looking for: A natural leader with experience managing a fast-paced kitchen. A strong understanding of profitability and kitchen operations. Creativity and flair for seasonal specials and menu development. Passion for using fresh, locally sourced produce. Someone who thrives in a supportive, team-driven environment.
