Architect International Store Design & Planning Project Manager – CDI Location: Paris (with occasional international travel) Contract: Permanent (CDI) Experience: 4 to 7 years in the Retail/Luxury sector About LUCA CONSULTING LUCA, a subsidiary of MEOGROUP, is a hybrid agency combining interior architecture and project management expertise, dedicated to the design, creation, and renovation of hospitality spaces (Retail/Luxury, Hospitality, Sports, Office). Our Architects and Interior Designers take full ownership of projects from start to finish, representing our clients with internal and external stakeholders. We embed ourselves within client teams, supporting projects from concept development to final delivery (Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Permits, and Execution). We are currently looking for Project Managers specialized in Store Design & Planning to join our team on a permanent basis . Your Role As a Project Manager Store Design & Planning , you will lead challenging and high-impact projects with international reach. From design to delivery, you will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Working closely with both internal teams and international partners, your key responsibilities will include: Managing the full lifecycle of store openings, renovations, and refits worldwide Ensuring adherence to brand architectural guidelines and design concepts Building and monitoring detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met remotely or onsite Creating and managing project budgets across countries, while considering local constraints Acting as a liaison between service providers, suppliers, consultants, and local architects Guaranteeing brand consistency across markets (design, customer experience, quality standards) Overseeing construction phases remotely or during international travel Providing regular project reporting and maintaining smooth communication with headquarters Education & Experience Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field 4 to 7 years of experience managing retail/store design and planning projects, ideally in luxury, fashion, or hospitality sectors Ideal Candidate Solid understanding of design, technical and operational challenges in the retail environment Autonomous and organized , with a strong results-driven mindset Proven experience in leading international and/or multicultural projects Fluent in English (spoken and written) Comfortable using project planning tools (Gantt charts, Excel, collaborative platforms) Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite , etc. Familiar with construction and fit-out standards specific to luxury retail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with sound budget management experience Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and rally teams around a vision Why Join LUCA Consulting?
