Site Technician Manager Retail Sector Kuils River We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team in the retail sector. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities across electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on technical troubleshooting and installations. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 510 years of relevant hands-on experience. Recognized technical qualification or certification. Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied tasks and working conditions Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Installations: Respond to technical queries and attend meetings as needed. Provide assistance with installation applications, ensuring correct technical implementation. Assemble, test, evaluate, and maintain electrical equipment, appliances, and systems. Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical and electronic equipment. Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and schematics. Advise management on the continued use or replacement of unsuitable equipment. Electrical Duties: Execute plans for electrical wiring, ensuring proper lighting and system functionality. Create wiring diagrams for client reference. Conduct testing and reporting on new products. Inspect and report on RMA (returned merchandise authorization) items. Replace faulty products and provide technical support. Perform on-site diagnostics, fault finding, and generate test reports. Handle ordering and stock management of electrical supplies and equipment. Mechanical & Electrical Equipment: Maintain and repair carwash systems, including: Mechanical components | Electronic systems | Pumps and motors Service electrical systems such as: Generators | DB boards | Solar power systems Mechanical Services: Perform general car servicing and mechanical repairs. Facilities Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks including: Roof repairs | Painting | Sprinkler system maintenance Salary offer: R22K R25K
