Requirements: Manage Debtors accounts Responsible for Debtors Age analysis Issuing of statements Resolve all problems pertaining to Debtors Capturing of Debtors receipts daily (On Genhire) Import Daily from Genhire to IQ Retail Creditors Capture invoices. Monthly reconciliation to Creditor statement Processing Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements and Petty Cash monthly on IQ Vat Returns and submitting on e-filing Balances cash on hand account by reconciling entries General ledgers and Reconciling entries Payroll Full Function - Wages/Salaries EMP201, EMP501 Biannual Admin Trial Balance HR Following up payments prior to equipment dispatch Submit year end documentation to auditors Other requirements for debtors/financial clerk: Matric/Grade 12 Certificate Working experience with Debtors/financials a must have Working experience on IQ and/or Genhire an advantage Computer literate Fluent in English and Afrikaans Good communication skills Successful candidate must be deadline driven, logical and customer focused Attention to detail is important Individual must reside in the Helderberg (Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay) area and have own reliable transport.
