Assistant Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, and visual merchandising aligned with luxury fashion standards Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver personalized service and exceed sales targets Maintain the boutique’s elegant presentation and ensure a premium shopping environment Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain loyalty and satisfaction Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and loss prevention efforts Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing campaigns, in-store events, and promotional activities Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting boutique atmosphere that reflects the brand’s luxury identity Qualifications: Experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or related sectors Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends and customer expectations Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays We regret that only short-listed candidate will be notified.
