About the role We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Channel Manager – Traditional Trade, you will identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve results with our local distributor. Your responsibilities External: Develop and manage customer relationships to expand product reach and ensure business growth through distribution. Understand customer base, competition, and pricing; develop strategic sales plans. Manage customer profitability, sales, and trade spending within budgets. Achieve and report on KPIs with the customer, analyze sales performance, and develop action plans. Conduct in-store visits to ensure compliance and maintain healthy inventory levels. Internal: Collaborate with brand and trade marketing to develop and implement category strategies. Review monthly forecasts to meet channel demand. Ensure timely submission of finance accruals and reports. Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability in category management. The experience we're looking for Supportive sales background with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
