About the Role: Automotive Mechanic/Technician Pay: Competitive, ranging from $16.00 to $45.00 per hour, with additional incentives. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, preparing you for a successful career. As a technician, you will perform repair services, contribute to delivering 5-star guest experiences, and ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Responsibilities: Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications. Secure guest approval after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs. Test drive vehicles and safely operate shop vehicles for inventory pickup. Collaborate and provide leadership to General Service Technicians. Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of automotive technician experience. Valid Driver’s License. Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program. Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs. Customer and team-focused mindset. Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable. Preferred Qualifications: ASE certification in A1-A8 categories. Automotive Technician State Inspector License. Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must be able to: Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. See, hear, lift, carry up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods. Perform reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting. Benefits: Performance incentives, paid vacation and holidays for full-time teammates.
