As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Lead the forecast processes Lead the management closing process Manage and develop controlling team Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances Sales promotions analysis P&L control Serve as a corporate reference for management issues Evaluate store openings and remodeling projects Act as a business partner for other departments, supporting management issues Contribute to spreading the finance culture within the organization Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field 7 years of controlling experience, including team leadership Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proven experience in managing forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Retail experience is a plus Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a strategic business partner to other departments How to be successful in the role and at Sephora: Stay results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced, dynamic environment to contribute to Sephora's success.
