Reporting to the Senior Purchasing Manager EMEA, you’ll be responsible for providing all IPCEL sites (Barcelona, Castiglione, Saint Mihiel) with support for coordination, reporting, documentation, and general administrative activities. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Senior Purchasing Manager Supporting the ESG Global department Managing internal tools Coordinating non-conformities with suppliers in collaboration with Issue Owners and Site Buyers Reporting on savings Updating contract statuses Creating new suppliers YOUR PROFILE : You have a strong analytical and synthesis mindset to follow up on purchasing processes Your rigor and organization are assets that allow you to monitor project progress and manage priorities You possess good interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships Your challenge-seeking attitude enables you to handle multiple missions simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : You hold a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role TOOLS TO MASTER : Fluency in English and Italian is required Good knowledge of Excel is required Knowledge of SAP is desirable Joining Innospec offers a launching pad for your career — the countdown has begun.
